The 17th Century Wardenry has a large reception room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a large garden. The Wardenry and gardens can be used for both community and private events.

The wardenry can be booked for private use via AirBnB, or directly with us as described below.

Event Hire of The Wardenry

Event hire allows use of the Wardenry but not the garden. Maximum capacities for the space are 30 people sitting and 70 people standing.

• Morning hire 9am-1pm £80
• Afternoon Hire 1pm-5pm £80
• Evening Hire 3pm – Midnight £250
• All day Hire 9am – Midnight £350
• Weekend Hire 6pm Friday – 6pm Sunday (inc accommodation for up to 6 people) £1,300

Short Break Hire of The Wardenry

• Overnight stay – 1 night for up to 6 people, from 4pm £375
• Overnight stay – 2 nights for up to 6 people £660
• Overnight stay – 3 nights for up to 6 people £900
• Overnight stay – up to 7 nights for up to 6 people £2,100

Hire of The Wardenry and Grounds

Hire of the Wardenry and Grounds for weekends start from £2,000 from Saturday 10am to Sunday 6pm.
